ACCOMMODATION A delightful garden apartment over two floors. The entrance leads into a light and sunny hallway off which is a spiral staircase winding down to the living space at garden level.
EN SUITE BEDROOMS Two, both on the upper level. The master bedroom has a 5' double bed, built-in wardrobe, shelves, widescreen TV, DVD player and en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin with 3' single beds, built in wardrobe, and en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.
UTILITY/CLOAKROOM At garden level, with washing machine, tumble dryer, w.c. and wash-hand basin.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM At garden level is an open plan room comprising fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops, electric oven, four-ring hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Dining table and six chairs. The sitting area has a large sofa, widescreen TV (with Freeview/BT TV, including BT Sport), DVD player, iPod docking unit and CD/radio. Large, folding doors lead out onto a sun terrace with wooden table and chairs. SPA MEMBERSHIP Adult guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Salcombe Harbour Hotel Spa and Gym, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times. Children are not permitted to use the pool with this spa membership. PARKING There is one parking space per apartment. Additional roadside parking is also usually available.  OTHER INFORMATION The apartments enjoy the benefits of gas central heating and hot water and wireless broadband internet access.
