APARTMENT 20, DART MARINA (1ST FLOOR)
ENTRANCE A flight of stairs or good sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a spacious hallway.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A stylishly elegant lounge with two double sofas, two armchairs (one offering full seated-to-standing support), coffee table, footstool, widescreen television with Freeview, DVD player and Bose CD/radio. Pebble effect fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. A round glass dining table and four chairs sit in front of the bi-folding bay windows, offering stunning views up and down the river and across to Kingswear.
KITCHEN Stunning, state-of-the art kitchen, with Poggenpohl units, integrated Smeg appliances including magnificent 6-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and stone worktops.
BEDROOMS The en suite master bedroom has two fully adjustable beds (with risers available for level access from wheelchair on one), bedside units, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Beautiful, fully-tiled en suite bathroom with Kaldewei bath, with shower (over) and spacious separate shower cubicle (ramp available for disabled access, and fitted grab rail), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. The second bedroom has a super-King size bed (that can be split to make two singles on request), bedside units, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a lovely family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.
WIFIÂ Wireless broadband internet is available.
