LOCATION A relatively quiet residential position above the town yet within walking distance of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants. North Sands beach is within 3-4 minutes' drive.
VIEWS Lovely views across the town towards Batson Creek and Salcombe estuary from the kitchen and master bedroom (even a sneaky peak from the bathroom window).
KITCHEN Good-sized and well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room including oak work surfaces, oak flooring and new units. Four-ring gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and imposing American-style SMEG fridge (with freezer compartment). Round marble-topped table with 4 stylish chairs. LOUNGE Stylish, simple lounge with two cream sofas, occasional furniture, coal-effect gas fire, TV, Blu Ray DVD and MP3/CD player.
BEDROOMS Two. Master bedroom with King-size bed and white metal bedstead, drawers and hanging rail. Two strategically placed large mirrors to reflect the superb view whilst sitting up in bed! Twin/family room with two 3' single beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, plus 'day-bed' - this can be used as a sofa and/or an additional 3' bed (for parties of 5). TV and DVD player. N.B. All duvets, bed linen and pillows provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOM Small, mainly tiled family bathroom (on landing between ground and first floors) with bath, electric shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and w.c.

OUTSIDE A small South facing gravelled area at the front of the house with garden benches.
PARKING Private parking for 1 car nearby (approximately 3 minutes' walk) loading/unloading directly outside property.OTHER INFORMATIONÂ The apartment has the benefit of gas fired central heating and hot water and is mainly carpeted throughout. Wireless broadband internet available.
