ACCOMMODATION From the inner courtyard a front doors leads into the hallway with stairs up to the living room and doors to kitchen and ground floor bedroom.

LOUNGE/SITTING ROOM This large first floor room is divided into two distinct areas by the part glazed stairwell. Each area is bright and attractive, with rugs, 2 comfortable sofas, chair, gas burner, flatscreen TV with DVD player in the lounge, and two leather armchairs plus two further chairs in the quieter sitting room. A balcony window overlooks the courtyard whilst large glazed doors lead out from the lounge to the rear patio/garden, which in turn offers quick and level access to the communal parking area and garages.
CLOAKROOM Adjacent to the sitting room with w.c. and wash-hand basin.
EN SUITE BEDROOMS Three in total. On the ground floor is a delightful double bedroom with fine modern pine furniture, pine double bed, wardrobe, drawers and units. French doors to the courtyard and an en suite shower room with large shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. On the second floor is the master bedroom with king-size bed, white pine furniture and low windows overlooking the patio garden. En suite shower room with corner shower, wash-hand basin and w.c. The third bedroom is ideal for children with full size metal bunk beds, sofa, pine chest with drawers and en suite bathroom with bath, hand-held shower attachment, wash-hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE At the front of the barn are expansive communal lawns with a driveway to the property for unloading only. To the rear is a private, grass and paved enclosed garden area with garden furniture and gate to gravelled pathway.
PARKING There are two parking spaces in the double garage plus additional parking for visitors. (Dimensions can be provided on request).
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES include: High chair, travel cot, stairgate, baby cutlery, toys, books, games, foot stool and child's loo seat in the family bathroom
OTHER INFORMATION One well behaved pet permitted. Broadband Internet available.
