APARTMENT 14, DART MARINA (1ST FLOOR)
ENTRANCE A flight of stairs or good-sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance which opens into a spacious hallway.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A stylishly elegant lounge with L-shaped 4-seater sofa, two armchairs, footstool, widescreen television with freeview and a music system. Pebble effect fire in the lounge is for decorative purposes only. Round oak dining table and four chairs. Delightful window seat offering lovely views up and down the river and across to Kingswear.
KITCHEN Stunning, state-of-the art kitchen, with Poggenpohl units, integrated appliances including magnificent 6-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and stone worktops.
BEDROOMS The master suite has a Super King size bed, bedside units, built-in wardrobes, dressing table, chair, stool, dressing table, TV with Freeview and built in DVD player. Beautiful, fully-tiled en suite bathroom with Kaldewei bath, with shower (over) and spacious separate shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light. The second bedroom is a twin room with two full-size single beds (which can be zipped together if requested to make a super-king), bedside units, built-in wardrobes, chair, dressing table, TV with Freeview and built in DVD player.
BATHROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a lovely family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, Shaver point and light. Bathrooms are beautifully presented with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. WIFI Wireless broadband internet is available.DART MARINA SPA MEMBERSHIP Guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times and for restrictions on when children can use the pool. Beauty treatments from Elemis are available, which should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment, with 10% off for those staying in our Dart Marina properties.
