LOCATION The apartment is in picturesque Fore Street, above Sea Salt clothes shop and just a few short steps from all that the town has to offer. The famous harbour and estuary, popular with sailors and other watersports enthusiasts, is just a few metres away, whilst the beautiful beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay can be accessed via a small passenger ferry that runs from the town all year round.
ENTRANCE From a shared entrance in Fore Street stairs lead up to the apartment at first floor level.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A delightful and particularly spacious open-plan living area has a superb, modern kitchen with sleek Italian units, Corian worktops, breakfast bar with two stools, four-ring induction hob, integrated oven, combi/microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A wooden dining table has four comfortable chairs. The sitting area features a stylish Fabre built-in gas fire, two double sofas, TV with Freeview, DVD player, Bose CD/radio and bookshelves.
BEDROOMS The en suite master bedroom has a King-size bed and fitted wardrobes. The beautiful en suite bathroom is partly tiled and features a bath with shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail and shaver point. The adjacent twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside table and fitted wardrobes. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite is a lovely, mostly tiled shower room (near the twin bedroom) which incorporates a large corner unit with fixed rainhead shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., heated towel rail and shaver point.
PARKING A seasonal parking pass is provided for the long-stay car park (approx. 5-7 mins walk away).
OTHER INFORMATION Attractive Karndean flooring in most rooms with carpet in the bedrooms. Electric underfloor heating throughout with hot water on demand. Wireless broadband internet is available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted.
