LOCATION Situated at the lower end of Allenhayes Road, approximately five minutes walk from the town centre, quays, harbour and waterfront.
VIEWS Magnificent views of the harbour towards South Pool Creek, East Portlemouth and Snapes Point from the front bedrooms and the lounge.
LOUNGE with large bay window. A light relaxing room with two seating areas. In the main lounge area there are two three-seater sofas, woodburning stove, flatscreen TV and DVD. At the back of the lounge is a second seating area for quieter moments with four tub chairs.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Elegant kitchen with modern units, oak worktops, large range style cooker with double electric ovens and 6 burner gas hob, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Central preparation area/breakfast bar with two stools. Extending out from the kitchen is a light and airy conservatory style dining area with a dining table and eight chairs, ideal for family meals, and a CD player. Door leading to outside paved area and steps to garden and decking.
UTILITY ROOM With double Belfast sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Door leading to outside paved area and steps up to garden and decking.
CLOAKROOM off the utility room with w.c. and hand basin
BEDROOMS Four in total, three of which are on the first floor. Master bedroom at front of the property with views over the estuary towards South Pool Creek. This room has a King-size bed, bedside cabinets, TV, wardrobe, dressing table and en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, wash-hand basin, electric towel rail, shaver point and w.c. Bedroom 2 - has two single beds, two bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 3 - has a double bed, flatscreen TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wooden spiral staircase leads to second floor to an attic bedroom with King-size wooden bed (low based), shelving and hanging space and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, linen and pillows provided - tenants need to bring towels and tea towels.
BATHROOMS Three. In addition to the master en suite there is also a wet room on the first floor with shower, hand basin and w.c. On the second floor is a small bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment, w.c. and hand basin.
OUTSIDE Steps leading to a decked patio area with garden furniture and views over the harbour towards South Pool Creek.
PARKING Parking for two cars on the driveway to the side of the property.
OTHER INFORMATION This property is strictly non smoking. Hot water and central heating/under floor heating by gas fired boiler. Oak and slate flooring on the ground floor and sea-grass carpets throughout the first and second floors. Wifi broadband internet available. Â
