LOCATION In a quiet residential area near the sandy beaches of Hope Cove. The South West Coast Path can be accessed from within the village and the famous sailing centre of Salcombe is just four miles away.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM An entrance hallway leads into a lounge/dining room overlooking the front garden. Three-piece suite, flat screen TV, DVD and Blu-Ray player, stone fireplace (not in use), dining table and chairs and CD music player. The dining area opens into a good sized and well equipped...
GALLEY KITCHEN with modern units, halogen hob, double oven and grill, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. A glass door leads out to a conservatory/porch with table, chairs, tumble dryer and second fridge and out again to mature rear lawned garden secured by gates.
BEDROOMS Two: a master double room with 4'6" pine bed, wardrobe and drawers. Brightly decorated twin room with 3' wooden framed single beds, drawers and cabinets. N.B. All duvets and pillows provided - tenants require bed linen and towels. N.B. Duvets and pillows provided, however tenants will need to bring their own bed linen and towels. (Travel Lite provides a dedicated laundry service to cater for all the linen and towel needs of holiday makers in and around Salcombe and the South Hams. To hire linen and towels for your holiday, please call 01548 843578 or email travellite@coastandcountry.co.uk)
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot, changing mat and high chair provided.
BATHROOM Family bathroom - mainly tiled and with bath, hand-held shower, electric shower, wash-hand basin and w.c.
OUTSIDE Well stocked and pleasantly laid out gardens to the front and rear with lawns, raised flowerbeds, borders and shrubs. Rear lawn is level, south facing and fully enclosed with hedges on three sides and gated access - very child and toddler friendly. Rear terrace with table, chairs and barbeque.
PARKING Off-road parking for one car, and additional spaces nearby.
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly carpeted throughout with wood flooring in the kitchen. Oil fired central heating and hot water by immersion heater back up - radiators in all rooms. Wireless broadband installed. One well behaved pet.
