LOCATION Set in a popular area of picturesque Kingswear just two minutes easy walk from the shops, station, Marina, 'Lower' Ferry, friendly pubs and late night passenger ferries to and from the naval town of Dartmouth with its wide array of boutiques, restaurants and cafe's. Nearby are wonderful coastal and river valley walks, sandy coves and fabulous scenery.
VIEWS Superb and wide ranging views from the lounge down the river towards Dittisham and across to Dartmouth and the famous Naval College.
ENTRANCE A small number of steps lead down to a contemporary glazed entrance. The lobby has room for coats, bags and other holiday paraphernalia! Through to a light and bright LOUNGE/DINING ROOM designed to make the most of the stunning view across the river. French double doors open on to a 'Juliet' balcony. Furnished with sofa, chairs, oak dining table and four chairs. TV, DVD and CD hi-fi system.
KITCHEN Fitted with units, 4-ring electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge (launderette with industrial-size machines directly opposite within the Marina car park).
BEDROOMS Two - a double bedroom with 5" oak bed, fitted wardrobe and shelves. Fully tiled en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, w.c., hand basin and heated towel rail. Downstairs is a twin bedded room with a pine 'gentleman's wardrobe'. NB All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite, a fully tiled shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c., Shaver point and light, heated towel rail and airing cupboard.
PARKING *Plenty of parking usually available within the Marina car park (approx 50 yards away).
OTHER INFORMATION The property is mainly carpeted throughout with night storage heating and electric panels. Instant hot water is available by immersion heater. Strictly no smoking is permitted. Wifi available through BT FON, which is free for BT customers but a charge applies for other users.
