ACCOMMODATION A beautifully presented second floor apartment with stunning sea views, designed and equipped to the very highest standards and ideal for one or two couples.
VIEWS Superb views over the 'bar' and mouth of the estuary towards Prawle Point from the balcony, living area and master bedroom.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A delightful open plan room with stunning views out to sea. Bespoke kitchen with oak fittings, polished granite worktops and Kuppersbusch appliances including ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and built-in microwave. French doors to balcony. The dining area has a glass table and seating for six people whilst the sitting area has two double sofas positioned to take in the wonderful view, flatscreen TV and DVD player.
EN SUITE BEDROOMS Master bedroom with four-poster bed, bedside units, wardrobe, TV (DVD only) and superb estuary views. En suite bathroom with bath, shower attachment, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail. The second bedroom (also with good views) has a King-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe and en suite with shower, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
CLOAKROOM In addition to the two en suites is a further cloakroom off the hall with w.c. and wash-hand basin.
OUTSIDE To the front of the apartment is a good sized balcony with panoramic sea views. Table and two chairs. Grafton Towers also has a large, landscaped area with attractive planted borders, and a communal sun terrace (above garages) from where to enjoy the fantastic views and Summer sunshine! Wooden table and four chairs available for Apartment 6 guests.
PARKING Allocated parking for at least one car (in front of garage).
