ACCOMMODATION A delightful west-facing apartment. Stressless ground floor access from either the car park or patio doors make this an ideal apartment for people with full or reduced mobility. It is located in a quiet area to the side of the building and features lovely headland and sea views.
ENTRANCE Into a spacious hallway with a wooden chest of drawers, airing/coats cupboard and cushioned wood flooring.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Open-plan living area featuring a modern, well equipped kitchen with marble worktops, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and hob. Leading from the kitchen is a good sized UTILITY ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer, bread maker and large storage cupboard. The luxurious lounge area has a large sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and a 40" flat-screen television with SKY package and DVD player. An array of CDs, DVDs and family games are included in a large storage cupboard. There is also a music system with CD and digital radio. To the rear of the room is a dining area with table and six chairs. French doors lead out to the covered patio area.
BEDROOMS Three in total. The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an armchair, two sets of drawers, flatscreen TV, Freeview and integrated DVD. There are matching bedside tables, and plenty of hanging space. This bedroom has lovely views across the gardens and to the sea beyond. There is an en suite shower room with large powerful shower, w.c., handbasin. heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver point. The comfortable second bedroom has two single beds, matching bedside table and lamps and built-in wardrobe with integral chest of drawers. The third bedroom has high quality full-size bunk beds of the highest quality, bedside table with light and a further small table. N.B. All duvets, bed linen and towels (excluding cot linen and beach towels) are included.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Include travel cot and highchair.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, w.c., handbasin, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror and shaver point.
OUTSIDE COVERED PATIO AREA Accessible from the rear French doors and perfect for outside dining is a large patio with garden table and seating for six to capture the wonderful sunsets over the Thurlestone headland and sea beyond. The patio leads directly into 1.5 acres of landscaped communal gardens which include a sheltered sunken garden and barbecue area.Â
PARKING Designated parking is strictly for one car only (no trailers or additional overnight visitors cars are permitted). Free parking is usually available within the village (approx. 1/2 a mile away).
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly wooden flooring throughout with carpet in bedrooms. Wireless broadband included. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Strictly no smoking. One well-behaved dog is permitted (a second dog may also be allowed subject to size and/or breed)
