ACCOMMODATION A fantastic ground floor apartment equipped to a very high standard.
VIEWS Views over the town and out towards Batson Creek from the terrace and garden.
KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Open plan area with New England 'shaker' style maple kitchen and granite worktops, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge has a modern steel and maple fireplace with coal-effect gas fire. Two comfortable double sofas, beanbag, flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player with Freeview, Bose iPod docking station, digital radio and a selection of books games and DVD's. Dining table with six chairs. Double French doors open out to a sunny garden with terrace with table and chairs.
BEDROOMS Three in total. Master bedroom with King size bed, built-in wardrobes, TV with Freeview, DAB clock radio and en suite shower room with under floor heating, power shower, wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point, and heated towel rail. Bedroom two has a 4'6" double bed, DAB clock radio. Bedroom Three with solid oak bunk bed, TV with Freeview and a DVD player. All three bedrooms have French doors out to paved side terrace. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel Cot and highchair provided. Tenants require cot linen. Children's crockery, cutlery and a selection of child friendly games, books and DVD's
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite shower room there is a separate family bathroom with under floor heating, Bette steel bath, power shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c., shaver point and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Small south facing front garden with terrace, table and chairs. There is an area of lawn and a sheltered side terrace with large wooden table and benches. Communal deck with views of the town and estuary.
PARKING Parking for two cars (please note that boats and/or trailers are not permitted).
OTHER INFORMATION The property has full gas fired central heating and hot water, entry telephone system. Laminate flooring and carpet throughout. Unlimited BT Broadband available.
