ACCOMMODATION A stunning apartment over two floors. Stairs lead up from the entrance level to the first floor accommodation.
ENSUITE BEDROOMS Two, both on the first floor. The master bedroom, which has superb views over Batson Creek and across the estuary, has a 5' double bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers, TV and DVD player and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basins, w.c. and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a twin with 3' single beds, built-in wardrobe, TV and DVD player and an en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided. Staircase and further half landing leading to the living space on the second floor.
KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM A bright and comfortably furnished open-plan room with lovely views from the dining area, which has a dining table and six chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, electric oven and four ring hob, American Style fridge/freezer (with water/ice dispenser), Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. The sitting area has two double sofas, armchair, widescreen TV (with Freeview/BT TV, including BT Sport), DVD player, iPod docking unit, and CD/radio.
SPA MEMBERSHIP Adult guests can enjoy the use of the luxury facilities of the Salcombe Harbour Hotel Spa and Gym, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and gym. Please check directly with the Spa for opening times.  Children are not permitted to use the pool with this spa membership.
PARKING There is one parking space per apartment. Additional roadside parking is also usually available.
