Woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge, TV and WiFi. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent Enclosed patio area with furniture. Parking permit for on street parking (first come first served basis). Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Note: Stairs are steep and may not be suitable for small children & those with mobility difficulties. Front bedroom window opens onto Juliet Balcony, young children must be supervised at all times. Note: One bag of logs for woodburner supplied, additional supplies, if needed, not included in rent.
