A lodge-style property, situated within the village of Llanbrynmair. It houses three bedrooms and can sleep up to six people. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 2 x double with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with TV. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.
The Paddock is a lodge-style property, resting within the village of Llanbrynmair. Inside you will find three bedrooms, comprising of a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms with an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include an open-plan living room, complete with a sitting area, dining area and kitchen area. Outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a patio area with seating and a hot tub. All in all, The Paddock is a wonderful property for a family getaway. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Situated within the county of Powys, is the small village of Llanbrynmair, resting between Carno and Machynlleth. Within the market town of Machynllet, you will find a wealth of shops, pubs, restaurants and shops, set amid the rolling hills of Mid Wales. Further afield is the larger market town of Aberystwyth, where you can spend a day at the beach, explore the Aberystwyth Arts Centre or visit the castle.
