Central heating. Fridge, electric oven with a ceramic four-ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, selection of books, selection of DVDs and TV. Front patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Off road parking. WiFi available at the Club House only for paying customers.Shops 4 miles away. Note: Check in is 4pm. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Please note: The carpark is 200m from the property and there are trolleys at the carpark for luggage use
