Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small gravelled area to the front and garden to the rear with artificial lawn, patio, furniture, and summer house. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. There is a bus stop outside (2 min walk) with buses every few minutes for rides in to Bournemouth to explore. Note: Roadside parking (subject to availability) and nearby car park.
