The cottage has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a family shower room on the ground floor. A cosy sitting room with gas fire leads to a well-equipped kitchen. Outside is a good-sized terrace with outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco dining. Pixie Cottage is ideal for a couple or young family wanting to be close to the town centre. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Four ring gas hob and electric oven), combi microwave oven, compact fridge/freezer and table-top dishwasher. TV and DVD player. Combi-boiler supplies central heating and instant hot water. WiFi. Feature fireplace with gas fire. An annual car parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to availability)/Dartmouth Park and Ride. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves.
