Attractive farm cottage in Malborough, near Salcombe, with three bedrooms to sleep six people. Former barn. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double, 1 x double, 1 x twin (can be made into a King-size on request). Ground floor shower room with power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c and heated towel rail. Family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, w.c, heated towel rail and airing cupboard. Kitchen/ Dining room. Utility room/ shed. Sitting room. Snug.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Gas fired central heating and hot water. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer (in shed), oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. TV with freeview, DVD, Music system. Wifi available. Large terrace with picnic table and built in BBQ, courtyard. Bed linen and towels provided. Parking for 2 cars on the gravelled area in front of the drive. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Telephone available for local/incoming calls only.

The attractive village of Malborough boasts a multitude of thatched cottages, a village shop, two excellent country pubs and a thriving post office. It is located just 2 miles from the popular sailing town of Salcombe, with an array of popular shops and restaurants. Boasting a beautiful, scenic coastline, Salcombe is ideal for enjoying sailing, watersports, coastal walking or for simply soaking up the sunshine. Observe the plentiful wildlife in the area, including the clifftop area of Bolberry Down, visit several country houses and gardens close by or explore the nearby market town of Kingsbridge. Alternatively, drive to the National Park at Dartmoor, just 15 miles away. A perfect holiday location, with much to see and do.
