Clover is a converted barn close to the South Devon village of Strete, it sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 2 x doubles. Open plan kitchen/dining/living room with log burner. Family bathroom is equipped with a shower, shaving point and light, wash hand basin and w.c. Garden and terrace.

The two bedrooms are made up of two doubles with an extra travel cot on request, along with a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep four people. Inside, it also comes set with an open-plan living area comprising a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Head outside to find parking for two cars, as well as a lawned garden and a terrace with furniture. Clover is a heart-warming base for couples and families looking to escape among the wonders of Devon. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large fridge/freezer. Lange wood burner in the lounge. Samsung LED HD TV with Samsung Blue Ray home cinema system and Sky sat box with FreeSat (the unit also plays DVD's, CD's). Wifi available. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are included. Private lawned garden and dedicated terrace area with furniture. Parking for 2 cars is available.

Blackawton and the surrounding hamlets and villages are well placed for a peaceful South Devon break. In easy reach of Dartmouth and the beaches of Start Bay, the location offers a delightful balance between tranquillity and convenience, with a wealth of picturesque walks, welcoming local pubs and more on your doorstep. In the centre of the village on Main Street, the 14th century Parish Church of St Michael completes the setting whole-heartedly. The George Inn is a family-run pub in the heart of the village. This dog-friendly inn backs onto some beautiful South Hams countryside, and there are outside tables where you can relax and take in the scenery. Offering a unique holiday experience, Blackawton even has an annual worm charming festival! Nearby, Halwell is a small village in wooded farmland equidistant from the busy little town of Kingsbridge and popular Totnes - A charming Devon town with a bustling main street and a regular market, the area boasts regular outdoor markets on Fridays and Saturdays. During the main season, between May and September, there is an Elizabethan market each Tuesday morning.
