Second bathroom with bath, hand held shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver point and light, heated towel rail and under-floor heating. Open plan kitchen / lounge / dining room. Coal-effect gas fire. Garden and terrace with table and chairs.

Parking for two cars (please note that boats and/or trailers are not permitted) - a lift runs from ground floor/car park level in each of the two main apartment buildings. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Entry telephone system. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
