It has two bathrooms, a modern kitchen and an open plan sitting and dining room. An attractive terrace and decked balcony allow guests to eat al fresco in the summer sunshine. 1 The Old Coach House is full of character and is an ideal base for families who want to make the most of the beautiful surrounding area and Dartmouth waterfront. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Electric oven and induction hob, larder fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Gas central heating and hot water. TV with Sky Freeview, DVD iPod docking station and music centre, Further TV in Kitchen breakfast room. Wi-Fi available. Parking for up to two-three cars on the drive. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring tea towels, beach towels and oven gloves.
