Friston is a village civil parish in Suffolk, England. During the 19th century, over half the population were people under the age of 20. The village boasts the wonderful Friston Windmill, which is a Grade II listed post mill and dates back to the early 19th century. It is considered one of the tallest post mills in England. The River Alde runs just South of the village. A beautiful rural location with plenty of nearby rivers, footpaths and countryside fields.
