Enclosed rear garden with patio set plus grassed field with double children swing and picnic bench. Outdoor shower and tap. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Adjoining field for pet exercising. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.
