Oil central heating with woodburning fire. Washing machine, frideg/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, TV, selection of books and WiFi. Off-road parking suitable for three cars. Large enclosed garden with lawned area. Pets allowed but must be kept in the kitchen and utility area. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub is 2 miles, shop is 6 miles.

This is small village located within a quaint area of Perthshire, Scotland. Here, you will find a selection of restaurants, shops and cafes to enjoy, in addition to a number of attractions. Such attractions include the 700-year old, Blair Castle, the memorial park and the Blair Atholl golf club. Further afield, is the city of Perth, found within an hour's drive, where you will find a larger section of amenities.
