Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for woodburner available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Load/unload outside property only. Council run car park and Glen Vale car park, at top of bank approx 5 mins walk away. Sorry, no smoking. One well-behaved pet allowed. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins walk. Note: There are steep, winding cottage stairs in this property. Note: Limited mobile phone signal.

The seaside village of Staithes is surrounded by high craggy cliffs on three sides and there is a sheltered sandy beach set amongst the rocky coastline. Staithes has a good selection of pubs, shops and tea rooms. The best views of the town can be enjoyed from the Cleveland Way which runs down the cliffside to the sea's edge. A superb base for exploring the Yorkshire Coast, Scarborough and the moorland villages.
