Underfloor heating, woodburner. Electric hob, oven and grill, fridge with freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher and microwave. TV, DVD and selection of DVDs, 4G signal (no WIFI but 4G is picked up). Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed garden , paved and gravelled areas, cedar hot tub, feature well with lighting and safety grill. Off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Sorry infants only, no children Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Washing facilities available with owner, upon request (lives nearby).
