There is also a shower room and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is a decking area with a hot tub and seating, as well as off-road parking. 4 Grasmere is a wonderful base for exploring the breath-taking Lake District with family and friends.

Troutbeck Bridge lies between the famous towns of Windermere and Ambleside, within the Lake District National Park. It offers a local pub, serving real ales and fine food. Lake Windermere boasts a range of lakeside activities, including trips to the famous Aquarium and the renowned Grizedale Forest Park, whilst children will enjoy the World of Beatrix Potter in nearby Bowness.
