This a a charming annex to a farmhouse situated in St Giles on the Heath in Devon and can sleep five people in two bedrooms. There is a lovely open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a patio with furniture and extensive gardens and grounds to behold. Magnolia House is a wonderful property with lots to offer in the surrounding area. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. St Giles-on-the-Heath is a rural village in West Devon, near the boundary with Cornwall. It is an ideal destination for those wanting to explore both counties. There is a village pub, shop and access to many countryside walks. To the west of the village is Bodmin Moor which is ideal for walking and riding, and to the east is Dartmoor National Park. The market town of Launceston is nearby, with its castle, steam railway and narrow streets lined with local shops, and popular day outings include Boscastle, Tintagel, Newquay, Port Isaac and Padstow.
