Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x super king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request 7 days before arrival), 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin, ground floor cloakroom. Split-level kitchen. Living room with sitting and dining areas.
Oak Beck is a charming terraced property nestled in the town of Windermere in the Lake District National Park. It boasts three bedrooms; a double, a super king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request 7 days before arrival) and a single, sleeping five people. There is also a bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom. The remainder of the accommodation consists of an open-plan living/dining room, a split-level kitchen and a utility room in the cellar. Outside there is a small garden area to the front, an enclosed yard to the rear and a further unenclosed patio area reached by a shared access route, as well as roadside parking. Oak Beck is a lovely property for a family or group of friends wanting to explore the Lakeland towns of Bowness and Windermere. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Enclosed garden to the rear with second patio area with shared right of way. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: There is a stream running alongside the patio that overflows after heavy rainfall, for safety, please keep children under supervision.

Bowness and Windermere are set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District National Park, providing a range of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. The villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.
