This semi detached, newly rennovated cottage is in the town of Llanrwst, near to Betws Y Coed in Snowdonia National Park and can sleep 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Over two floors: 1 x first floor double bedroom, 1 x first floor twin. First floor bathroom with bath with shower over, WC, basin. Ground floor sitting room/dining area with woodburning stove. Kitchen with breakfast bar.

The rest of the cottage is made up of a lounge/dining area and separate kitchen. To the outside of the cottage is a patio area with furniture and ample off road parking. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales's most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.
