It plays host to four bedrooms; a ground floor king-size double, 2 x doubles and a twin, all with en-suite facilities. There is also a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Outside is a veranda at the front with furniture and views overlooking the Teign Valley and a rear enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ. There is off-road parking for 2 cars.
