This detached barn conversion is situated by the village of Bradworthy, near Bude, and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x first floor twin room with en-suite shower,1 x twin first floor, basin and WC, 1 x first floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground floor double with en-suite bath, basin and WC. Wet room with shower, basin and WC. Open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with patio doors to the garden. Snug. Laundry room (accessible from outside).
Higher Forda is a beautiful detached barn conversion located near the village of Bradworthy, Devon. Hosting four bedrooms; two first floor super king-size with en-suite, a first floor double with en-suite shower room, and a ground floor double with en-suite bathroom, along with a wet room, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area, along with a snug, and a laundry room, accessible from the outside. To the outside is off-road parking for three cars, a gravelled area with furniture, and a children's play area with summer house. Situated in a countryside setting with surrounding views, Higher Forda is a wonderful retreat in an inspiring part of England. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, 6 x TV's with Freeview, WiFi, DVD, DAB radio, Bose speaker, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 2 x travel cot and highchair. Ample off-road parking for 3 cars. Gravelled area with furniture, and a children's play area and child's wendy house . BBQ. Wood fired hot tub and a spacious lawn area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Several steps on the ground floor of the cottage between rooms. Note:Pushchair, and bed guard also available on request. Note: The utility room, which has steps leading up to the door, is accessed via the garden and houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The village of Bradworthy has a large village square surrounded by cottages, shops, a garage and a pub, which serves good food and beer. It provides the perfect base for a truly relaxing holiday in an area with several top class visitor attractions. The cliff-side village of Clovelly and bike riding on the Tarka Trail are some of the attractions that should not be missed, whilst just 3 miles away the Tamar Lakes provide fishing and an array of watersports.
