Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, independent internet and router, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to the rear with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 minute walk. Note the local restaurant in the town is close Monday/Tuesday outside of high peak times. During peak times of the year the restaurant is open 7 days a week from 6pm
