Gas central heating, gas fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with freeview. DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: Washing machine in ground floor cupboard. Note: As this property is on first and second floors it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

Bowness-on-Windermere, in the Lake District National Park, provides attractions, amenities, shops and restaurants to cater for all tastes. Boat trips and hire are from Lake Windermere to Brockhole, Ambleside and Lakeside, are a must-do. Nearby, Ambleside and Kendal are both under ten miles away and are well worth a visit.
