Electric heaters, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Smart TVs, a selection of magazines, games and DVDs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot (please bring own bed linen for cot) and highchair. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Front enclosed lawned garden and rear lawned garden and patio area with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shop 1.7 miles and pub 0.5 miles.

Pentlepoir is a small village in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Offering easy access into the neighbouring villages, such as Saundersfoot, which has a large Blue Flag beach, ideal for family day trips. With plenty of local pubs, restaurants and shops nearby for fine food and local produce. For a spot of history venture towards the Saint Bride's Catholic Church which is a Grade II listed building.
