This immaculate semi-detached house is close to Trevaunance Cove in St Agnes and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 2 x double bedrooms, one with far-reaching rural views. Open-plan living area with sitting area, kitchen and dining area. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor WC and basin.
Treveth is an immaculate house on two levels, situated in a quiet close on the edge of St Agnes, just a five minute walk from a pub and 15 minutes walk from Trevaunance Cove. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, with bathroom. Open-plan living-dining room and kitchen area. Enclosed garden with table and chairs and an area left for wildflowers with a bench for enjoying views over naturalised land, and the neighbouring ducks. A lovely, quiet retreat after a day walking or surfing. There are riding stables nearby and golf at Perranporth, and lively Newquay to visit. Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.

St Agnes is a thriving picturesque village on the Cornish coast, with four beaches on the doorstep and surrounded by wonderful countryside. Swim or surf in the clear waters, walk the footpaths and bridleways or hop onto the South West Coast Path.
