Overview
This comfortable cottage is situated in a magical 24 acre garden 1 1/2 miles from the small Devon town of Ivybridge and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x ground floor super king double (can convert to twin) with en suite wet room with shower, shower seat, basin and WC, 1 x first floor super king double (can convert to twin), 1 x first floor single, 1 x bathroom (pea shape bath, shower over and WC). First floor gallery seating area. Ground floor sitting room with wood burning stove. Kitchen with dining area. Utility room. Ground floor WC with basin.
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for two cars. Barbecue. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, Sorry no smoking. Note: From April to mid-June and mid-October to mid-November the garden opens to the public twice weekly.
