Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, two highchairs, and two travel cots. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden to the front, and rear garden with picnic bench and BBQ. 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 4.5m x 9.1m, depth 1.2m-1.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Toddler pool (shared, 3m x 2.7m, depth 0.5m, open 10am-evening mid May-mid September). Note: Steps up to the entrance, and steps between rooms. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Use of the pool will be by allocated time only whilst social distancing is in place.

The town of Bideford is situated on the River Torridge in North Devon. Bideford offers a fine selection of shops (including individual shops), cafes and restaurants, a park and the Atlantic Village Outlet Shopping Centre located on the outskirts of the town. Close by there are sandy beaches, the Northam Burrows Country Park, the South West Coastal Path and Big Sheep Adventure Park.
