This huge Dartmoor barn is situated near the Devon beauty spot of Dartmeet and can sleep 32 people in 10 bedrooms. Ten bedrooms in three separate areas. In the barn: 2 x downstairs twins (one with en suite bathroom/shower room suitable for wheelchair users, the other with en suite shower room), 1 x downstairs double with en suite shower room, 1 x upstairs family room with four single beds and en suite shower room. Upstairs WC with basin. Across the patio: 1 x upstairs twin with en suite shower room, 1 x family room with twin and bunks and en suite shower room, 1 x downstairs double with en suite shower room, 1 x twin with en suite shower room. A few yards further: 1 x family room with double and twin and en suite shower room, 1 x double with en suite shower room. In the main barn, downstairs living/conference room with wood burning stove and dining area. Kitchen. Hall/sitting room with pool table.
Brimpts Barn is a huge detached house in the heart of Dartmoor near the beauty spot of Dartmeet. The house sleeps 32 people in 10 en suite bedrooms. On the ground floor are a sitting room with dining area, kitchen and hall/sitting area with pool table. Outside are a decked area with picnic tables, barbecue and hot tub and the farm to wander beyond. With the option to arrange outdoor activities (extra charges may apply) and beautiful Dartmoor on the doorstep, Brimpts Barn is a fabulous place to enjoy a Devon break with friends or extended family. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for 10 cars. Enclosed terrace garden with barbecue, hot tub, sauna. Up to three well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Conference facilities are available. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Note: Extra charge for electricity (meter reading); heating provided free of charge. Note: Check-in time 4pm.
