Fuel and power inc. in rent. Starter pack of fuel for the woodburner included, extra available to purchase nearby. Off-road parking for 1, car parking for further cars further down in the village. Rear garden and front garden with seating. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. Pub within 1.5 miles and shop within 3 miles.
