Oil fired central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, highchair and travel cot. Off road parking for 4 cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Two pubs 2 mins walk. Shop 3 miles. Note - Please be advised that the twin beds can be made into a super king upon request. Note - Starter pack of fuel and power for woodburner inc. in rent

Romaldkirk has pretty greens, old stone cottages, an old church and two pubs. The village itself is surrounded by Dales countryside and makes an ideal base for walking and touring throughout the Northern and Yorkshire Dales areas, boasting superb fell, flat or river walks and cycle rides from the doorstep. Barnard Castle, with its many historical and cultural attractions, is just a 10 minute drive away.
