Note: Mobile WiFi in the property at additional cost. (On-site facilities will not be open on Welcome Family Holiday Park until 27th March 2020)

Dawlish Warren has shops, a golf course and a nature reserve. The beach is Blue Flag and backed by sand dunes and lakes and has many events, children's entertainers and firework displays. Dawlish Warren has one of the most scenic railway journeys in the country on the Exeter-Newton Abbott line. Nearby there is Paignton Zoo, the Dartmouth Steam Railway, the picturesque harbour of Brixham and the pier and promenade at Teignmouth. A typically English seaside resort, great for family holidays at any time of year.
