Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher. SMART TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available, please bring own cot linen. Ample off road parking. Front patio with furniture and lawned garden to side and rear. Two well behaved dogs welcome, (downstairs only, and please bring own beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and beach 5 miles. Note: There are large gaps between the banisters, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Please be aware that there is an internal step between the sitting room and bathroom. Note: Unfenced stream/brook over path at the front of the cottage and the stream/brook runs through the lower part of the garden, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check in 4pm

This busy market town is the unofficial capital of the Llyn Peninsula which is one of the most scenic regions of Wales, renowned for its outstanding scenery, stunning coastal walks, excellent beaches and golf courses. This traditional seaside town offers a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and an impressive marina holding 400 boats. The town boasts two beaches, one with the Blue Flag Award and is renowned for its sailing and watersports. Close by are Criccieth, with its medieval castle, and popular Abersoch, a pretty harbour town also renowned for its wonderful beaches and watersports facilities
