It comprises three bedrooms; a single and two doubles, sleeping five guests altogether. Inside also boasts a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Outside is a shared garden with patio and furniture along with ample off-road parking. Manor House is an exquisite retreat in a picturesque location. Burton Coggles is a lovely village resting in the county of Lincolnshire, featuring a parish church, public house and village hall, whilst other local services are provided in nearby Corby Glen. Grantham is home to many historical sites and points of interest, such as Harlaxton Manor, Belton House and St. Wulfram's Church. The Easton Walled Gardens are well worth a visit for gentle strolls whilst Wyndham Park is a lovely spot for a picnic. The city of Peterborough is within easy drive, offering its cathedral, Burghley House, shopping experiences, art galleries and sports facilities.
