Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable storage shed. Rear decking and gravel with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note - To the rear of the property beyond the steam railway there is a new hospital being built. This is out of the property owners control and may cause slight disruption during your stay. If you have further queries on this, please contact us.

Aviemore is a town in the heart of the Scottish Highlands and Cairngorms National Park, with lovely walking in the surrounding hills, and golf courses. There is also bird watching, with rare species to be found including Ospreys and Capercaillie. The area is home to historic castles, distilleries, fishing on the River Spey and skiing in the Cairngorm mountains and at the Lecht ski centre.
