Gas central heating and a woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking is first come, first served but no restrictions. Private enclosed courtyard with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Note: Parking available at the community hall about 200 metres away, please check signs for any restrictions.

Newton Abbot is set in the beautiful county of Devon. The ancient market town now offers plenty of modern shops and the famous Hedgehog Hospital, where visitors are encouraged to feed and hold the animals. There's also a racecourse where National Hunt racing takes place from spring until autumn, with craft fayres during winter. The nearby seaside towns of Teignmouth and Shaldon are very nearby and are fantastic destinations for families. Spend a day on the beach building sand castles and walk the impressive Victorian Pier at Teignmouth. The South West Coast Path provides stunning seascapes across the bay, with a popular stretch from Torquay Harbour to Daddyhole Plain, passing through Beacon Cove. Newton Abbot provides a fabulous base for an English seaside holiday all year round.
