Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Rear enclosed garden with patio and gravel area with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Shop and pub 1 mile. Please note that the stairs are steep and narrow however there are banisters both sides for support.

A coastal town on the River Tweed, with Berwick-upon-Tweed the other side. Spittal is a fine spot for a break by the sea with its shops and pubs as well as an amusement arcade and a beach, one of the nicest in Northumberland. Every year there is a Seaside Festival with fairground rides, food and other entertainment. Nearby sits Berwick-upon-Tweed, offering amenities and activities including castle ruins and a golf club. The Northumberland National Park is also accessible, boasting opportunities for walking and cycling.
