Outside is off road parking for one car, a small courtyard to the back and a patio, lawn and furniture to the front. A splendid cottage in a great location, with a host of attractions, shops, pubs and cafes in wonderful Stratford-upon-Avon. Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Enclosed courtyard with furniture to rear, enclosed front lawned area with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 7 mins walk. Note: There's low head height between the sitting room and dining room. Note: No cats allowed and dogs must be kept on the ground floor only.
