Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Lawn garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 minute walk. Note: There is a large, unfenced pond in the garden, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There is a small fish pond close by with Roach and guests are welcome to fish free of charge. Suitable for golf breaks, escorted with or without transport. Local advice is available.
